Your instructor will guide you through an immersive sound experience on one of our Soma Yoga & Exercise Mats, blending movement (yoga-informed, somatic focused), breathwork, guided meditation, and deep rest – designed to:

A 1–1 session using the Soma Yoga & Exercise Mat ‘s sound and vibration, combining guided rest with breath, movement, stretching, meditation, and yoga nidra, selected and adjusted to meet your needs on the day.

A pure rest session, all lying down. We guide you into deep rest, and let the sound hold you. Ideal for stress, fatigue, and nervous system overload.
